What is your shipping policy?

All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS within 3-5 days. Standard domestic orders have a flat shipping rate of $8.95. Shipping for custom orders is calculated accordingly. Limited international shipping is available via DHL. Availability and rates are determined at checkout. If there is an unforeseen delay in the processing or shipping of any order, the customer will be promptly notified.

 

My product was never delivered or it was damaged in shipment.  What should I do?

Please file a claim with USPS or UPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders. Also, please share the order number, details and photos via the Contact Us section of this website.

 

I live locally.  Can I pick up my order?

Yes!  Free, local pickup is available in Arlington, VA.  Please choose this option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.
