Shipping policy

What is your shipping policy?

Currently, Lemon & Whim only fulfills orders with delivery within the United States. All orders ship via USPS within 3-5 days. If there is an unforeseen delay in processing, the customer will be notified.

 

My product was never delivered or it was damaged in shipment.  What should I do?

Please file a claim with USPS. Also, please share the order number, details and photos via the Contact Us section of this website.
